Request for an Updated Determination – Additional Non-term Coursework Completed In the event that a student completes additional summer (or other non-term) coursework that affects the student’s eligibility determination, the student or an NAIA member institution may submit to the Eligibility Center a request for an updated eligibility determination. All other requests for review or appeal must be submitted by the NAIA institution’s faculty athletics representative or director of athletics via the appropriate online forms.
If the student is continuing identification, official transcripts are required from both the issuing institution and NAIA school showing the accepted credit.
Updated determination should be requested only after the NAIA Eligibility Center has confirmed receipt of the updated transcript or test score via the student’s PlayNAIA.org To Do List.
